Nolland Waste prowlers have a special detachment of cyborgs that do exploration and watching jobs. They are called the Watchers.

Rusty is one of the best and experienced watchers of the last several decades. And though now he is not as active as in the past before several severe injuries he is still considered to be one of a few who can do a hard job. They often say if not Rusty then no one.

Belated post

Well... actually intended to finish this to Christmas 2012, but unfortunately circumstances were against me. Nonetheless better late than never, eh? So, best wishes for this year to all, folks!
